Our appliance repair service covers a large part of West Wiltshire, including Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster, Corsham, Bradford on Avon. We also fix appliances in and around Frome, just across the Somerset border.

What is your call-out fee?

We don’t charge for call-outs.

Do you offer same day repairs?

In most cases I will get to you the same day, or the next day depending on how heavy demand is at the time.

Are your appliance repairs guaranteed?

Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on parts and labour. Not covered by the guarantee is bulb failure and any problems resulting from misuse of the appliance, or wilful abuse of the appliance.

What is your pricing structure?

We operate on a ‘No Fix – No Fee’ basis. If we cannot repair your appliance, you won’t pay anything. We are committed to fair pricing and will give you a quote for repairs after diagnosing your appliance problem. We don’t charge call-out fees.

Is it worth calling you to repair an old appliance?

Most appliances can be fixed, as long as any spare parts they need are available. I believe in keeping old appliances going for as long as possible, and will always do my best to effect a repair.

How long does it take to fix an appliance?

Usually I am able to fix your appliance on the spot, but if I need a part I don’t have in stock I may have to come back after ordering it to fit it on a return visit. On some occasions I remove faulty appliances to my workshop to repair it and return it to you at no extra cost.

If my appliance needs new parts how long will this take?

If the repair requires specialised parts which I don’t have in stock I will order them and should have them within a few working days. I’ll be able to be more precise about the time scale once I’ve examined your appliance.
